How it works

Simple steps from setup to your first report

Rackile Connect follows the way field work already happens, so your team can start without long training.

  1. 1

    Create your organization

Sign up with your work email, add your organization name and country, and your private workspace is ready. Your data is never mixed with another organization's.

  2. 2

    Invite your team

Add supervisors, field officers and viewers by email or by sharing a secure invite link on WhatsApp. Each person gets only the access their role needs.

  3. 3

    Set up a project

Describe the project, add objectives, indicators and targets. This is what progress will later be measured against.

  4. 4

    Assign activities

Create field activities with a target, location and deadline, then assign them to the right officer. They see their tasks on their phone.

  5. 5

    Collect results from the field

Officers complete a short step-by-step form: results, people reached, notes and photos. Work is saved as they go and uploads continue on their own once there is connection.

  6. 6

    Verify, then report

Supervisors check submissions and evidence, approve or ask for corrections. Approved work updates progress instantly and can be exported as CSV, Excel or PDF.

Project manager

Runs projects, indicators and activity planning.

Supervisor

Reviews and approves field submissions in their project.

Field officer
